Responded and came out when they said. Although they couldn't help will the problem. The gentleman was very professional and took time explaining to me a few other solutions that might work. Would certainly recommend this company.
Very professional although nothing could be done due to the equipment being so old he advised us with the best way to get sky to update us to a new platform which was invaluable to us as pensioners were not tech savvy and best of all no charge or call out fee couldn t recommend them more highly

Couldn t believe how good the service was! Emailed at 8:40pm on a Sunday and had a reply back in minutes. They called at 9am the next morning, engineer was with us by 10, quotes presented to us 15 minutes later, and when we agreed, he got to work straight away. Work was done by 12! Not keen on the automated service, would much rather a human being to speak to but thats the way things are going unfortunately
Engineer Steve was brilliant.we thought it was aerial he checked on meter for strength of signal and said it was strong.He found it was the old sky box causing problem.Rang them and office gave us a price which was ok so Steve fixed it super now.Steve even put covers on his shoes.First class service throughout.
The engineer arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. Also fixed cable to wall where it had become loose. Excellent attitude. Would recommend.
